Final examination
In accordance with law the date of your examination will be determined on a date within the two weeks that follow a conclusion of your training.
The driving school applies for the examination on your behalf.
The examination is carried out by an examination commissioner of the Magistrate of the Capital City of Prague, and it consists of three parts:
- written test on the Highway Code and first aid training (30 minutes)
- oral examination on handling and maintenance of a vehicle (save for category AM)
- driving test
An administrative fee in the amount of CZK 700.00 must be paid to the relevant Municipal Authority with extended authorization for the final examination.
For potential repeat examination the following fee shall be paid to the Authority:

Repeat Examination
If you do not pass some part of the examination, you will repeat only that part of the examination. You may not take the repeat examination sooner than after five business days from the day of the unsuccessful examination. All examinations must be passed within 6 months from the date of the first examination; otherwise you must attend new classes and training in full scope before the next examination.
